1. WHAT'S THE MINIMUM ORDER?

We can start any custom including, at least, 10 units per model.

To reach this quantity, yo can mix between men's and women's versions, and different sizes also.

Some accessories can be produced without reaching 10 units. Tell us what you need and we will study your particular case.

 

2. WE DON'T HAVE ANY DESIGN IDEAS YET, CAN YOU HELP US?

Our Design Department will be happy to work with your idea at any point of the process, form a simple had drawn sketch to a completely finished design.

You can send us your logos to design@gobik.comin vector format (PDF, Illustrator...) or JPG at the highest resolution possible (minimum 200 ppp).

During all the process you will be able to participate adding ideas and asking for changes until we reach the optimum result.

This 100% custom design is totally FOR FREE.

 

3. WHAT IS MY SIZE?

At www.gobik.com you have our Sizing Guide at your disposal. You can check your measures and compare with each garment's, as aan approach at the moment of placing your order.

If you have any doubts you can call and our team will help you choose the correct size.

If you're about to buy custom clothes, we will send you our GOBIK Sizing Kit; so you check the quality of our garments and select the most accurate size for you. This kit will be at your disposal for 7 days from the day you ask for it (This option is not abailable for Collection orders).

To return the Sizing Kit you can tell us the address information to gobik@gobik or calling +34 968 075 006. GOBIK will collect it without any costs for you.When you receive the Sizing Kit you will see the return data on the delivery note.This can be from 7 to 10 days. If you need more days you will have to inform before we send it and we will place a new date. Once this date arrives, we will send you an invoice containing the total price of each garment (unit price from 10 units) according to the current rate.

If a garment fits you too tight, it constricts or marks you, choose a larger size. In case you don't find the size you need on the Sizing Kit, choose the most accurate size or have a look at our Sizing Guide.

Remember our sizes are different for men and women, specially for race suits and trisuits, so you will have to try the garment you're finally going to choose.

All our bib shorts and tights have the same pattern measures, so you can choose your size with a different model as the one you're going to acquire. This is also valid between bib shorts, tights, or 3/4 tights.

Don't hesitate to contact us at any time, and please leave the kit the way you'd like to find it. Our Sizing Kit Department will verify the garments after receiving them, to check their number according to the delivery note, and they have not been spoilt causing breaks, attritions, stains, etc.

 

4. WHAT'S THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF MY ORDER?

For Collection orders the estimated delivery date can vary from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the area and date. Anyway, you will be given a delivery date at the moment you place your order.

For Custom orders the estimated delivery date depends on the volume and complexity of the order and season. Anyway, the maximum delivery period is 45 days from order confirmation. At the moment of the confirmation (order and design) you will be given a more accurate delivery date.

We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to expedit.

Shipping costs are included for every custom order (minimum custom order 10 units per garment).

 

5. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT'S CONFIRMED?

You can add or change garments from your custom order before confirmation.

Once confirmed (design approved and 50% of the total cost received , it won't be possible to modify any aspect of the order, because at this point the order will be produced.

 

6. WHAT'S UP WITH FILL-UP ORDERS?

There's no cost at all for design or layouts (it will be covered by the initial order). Minimum order for fill-up orders are 5 units per model. We will give you the same price within one year from the initial order placement.

 

7. CAN I PROCESS RETURNS?

Custom orders are produced specially for you, and we don't have stock available. They are produced after a strict design and pattern process, and always under your express and written confirmation. Changes and returns are not possible, except for manufacturing defect. In this case, after our Quality Department's survey defect will be repaired or a new garment will be given without any cost for you.

We recommend you to carefully review your order and design before confirming, in order to avoid this kind of situations.
