If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel, change or returnyour COLLECTION purchase within the following 15 days. Please keep the original labels and packaging. All returns or changes must be in perfect condition, as new, not used nor washed, and keep its original label on. Please be sure to pack and protect correctly the product you want to change or return, so it doesn't suffer any damages during transport.

Online changes and returns will only be accepted for COLLECTION products directly purchased at www.gobik.com, and never if it was purchased by one of GOBIK's authourized distributors or any other method. In this case, please contact the store where you purchased the garment to place the change or return.

CUSTOM products and also the ones purchased through TEAMSTORE or PREORDER, won't be changed or returned.

 

CANCEL

You can cancel your order if it's not been processed. In other words, although the payment is made, the order hasn't been dent yet, or in case of a CUSTOM order, it hasn't passed to Production line.

To cancel an order, contact GOBIK through returns@gobik.com ASAP. At the moment we approve the cancellation, your money will be refunded by the same method you ussed to arrange the payment.

CHANGE

Changes can be made between similar COLLECTION products. That means that we accept changes between different colours or sizes of the same product, if the garment doesn't have any imperfections. If you want a different product, please place a return to receive a refund, and place a new order. CUSTOM, TEAMSTORE or PREORDER products won't be changed.

HOW TO PLACE A CHANGE

- Enter www.gobik.com and log in your account.

- Click Order History and select the order you want to change.

- Click 'Returns' and follow the instructions to place the change. Select "Change" it the gap.

- Once you have completed the web form, we will place a collection date.

GOBIK SPORT WEAR will bear with costs on case of returns due to tares or defects, when the return is programmed by GOBIK SPORT WEAR and at any case if the client has chosen a more expensive shipping method. Any transport operator apart form the offered by GOBIK will be under the client's responsibility, so GOBIK won't be responsible for any losses or damages.

 

RETURN

You can ask for a return in case all or part of your order presents tares or defects, or for other reasons. Returns won't have any costs for you. We will immediately send you a return label and procceed as follows:

In case there is a tare or defect, our Quality Department will verify it within seven working days.

After this period you will be informed of the result and  you will be able to choose between reward or change of your products. In case we don't detect any defect or tare, you will be able to have yur products back previous payment of the go and back shipping costs. We will send your prooducts back with the most advantageous shipping mode for you.

If you ask for a return for other reasons, we will procceed as you wish: refund or change, after verifying te status of the product.

 

HOW TO PLACE A RETURN

- Enter www.gobik.com and log in your account.

Click Order History and select the order you want to change.

Click 'Returns' and follow the instructions to place the change. Select "Return" it the gap.

- Once you have completed the web form, we will place a collection date.

You can also ask for a return for other reasons. In these cases, you have to fill in the mentioned form and indicate the reason why you waant to return the product. This information will help us improve in the future. After receiving the products at our facilities it will take a maximum of sseven days to evalluate your requirement and give you a response. Once your request is approved we will procceed to the refund of the correspondant amount through the same payment method you chose. Take into consideration that the shipping costs won't be refunded. We won't acccept at any point any package sent at our charge.

 

Custom, Preorder or Teamstore garments won't accept changes nor returns unless there is a demonstrable tare or defect. In case of tare or defect, the approval will be subject to the expertise and approval of GOBIK SPORT WEAR Quality Department.

If you have any doubts once the return has been sent, send an email to returns@gobik.com, including the date when the article was sent, the address and name, and the tracking number, if corresponds.

GOBIK reserves the right over property and author rights for illustrations, designs, drawings, calculations and other documents given to the client. This is also appliable to written documents not designed as confidential. Before giving access to these documents to third parties, the client would need the expressed and written consent from GOBIK SPORT WEAR.
