Here you have answers to the most frequently asked questions about custom clothing projects. If you have a question not answered here, please contact us, we will be happy to answer it.

We can't decide on the design, can you help us?

Our design team will be happy to work with your idea from any point of the process, from a simple hand sketch to a finished design. You can send us your logos in vector format (PDF, Illustrator...) or JPG with the highest resolution possible (min 200 dpi). A commercial advisor will contact you to help you. Throughout this process you can participate by contributing ideas and requesting modifications until you get the desired result. The cost of 100% customized design is free *.

What is the minimum order?

We can start any customization project that includes at least 10 units per model and design (*check with your manager for current rates and special conditions). To do so, you can combine men's or women's versions and any size or chamois pad. Tell us what you need and we will study your case.

What is the estimated delivery time of my order?

The delivery time for a Custom Works order depends on the volume of it and the season. In any case, the approximate delivery time is 40 days from order confirmation. At the time of confirmation (order and design) we will communicate you a more exact delivery date. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for shipment.

Can I make replacements of my order?

The minimum order for replacements is 5 units per model. And we will respect the price for 1 year from the date of the initial order. There is no cost for design or layout (it would be covered in the initial order).

What is my size?

In each product sheet, at the bottom, you will find a size guide to help you in your choice. Sizes range from 2XS to 4XL, even 6XL in some garments.

Can I process returns?

The Custom Works orders are manufactured specifically for you and we do not have stock. They are produced after a rigorous process of design and patterning, and always after your express written confirmation. No returns or exchanges are possible.except for manufacturing defect. In that case, after the expertise of our Quality Department, we will repair the fault or manufacture another garment at no cost to you, we recommend that you thoroughly review the order and design that we will send you before confirming, to avoid such incidents.
