1. ORGANIZING ENTITY
The company Gobik Sport Wear, S.L., with registered office at C/ Tejeras, Number 21 30510 - (Yecla) - Murcia, and Tax ID B-73.817.280 ("Gobik"), is organizing a promotional activity in the form of a sporting challenge called "Gobik Passport Checkers" (the "Challenge"), free of charge and with no purchase obligation, aimed at users of the Strava platform, in accordance with the conditions detailed below.
2. PURPOSE OF THE CHALLENGE and TYPE OF CHALLENGE
The purpose of this promotion is to encourage the practice of cycling and promote the visibility of the "Gobik" brand through a participatory activity based on the accumulation of cycling distance by participants.
This is an individual challenge, in which each participant must complete a minimum total of 230 kilometers by bicycle during the promotional period indicated. The distance will be counted cumulatively throughout the established period.
3. DURATION OF THE CHALLENGE
The Challenge will take place between September 28, 2026 at 00:00 and October 6, 2026 at 23:59 (participant's local time).
Participants who complete the Challenge will have until October 6, 2026 at 23:59 (participant's local time) to register their participation and be eligible for the prize draw. After the aforementioned date, no user may participate in the Challenge.
4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All natural persons who meet the following requirements may participate in the Challenge:
- Be 18 years of age or older at the time the Challenge begins.
- Reside, both at the time of registration for the Challenge and at the time of acceptance of the prize (if selected as the winner), in one of the following countries: Spain, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium or Singapore.
- Have an active account on the Strava platform, both at the time of registration for the Challenge and at the time of acceptance of the prize (if selected as the winner).
- Be a follower of Gobik on Strava, both at the time of registration for the Challenge and at the time of acceptance of the prize (if selected as the winner).
- Join and participate in the "Gobik Passport Checkers" challenge through Strava.
- Complete and submit the registration form provided by Gobik.
Gobik may require, at any time, as a condition for delivery of the prize, that compliance with the participation conditions indicated in these terms and conditions be proven by means of the შესაბამის official supporting documentation.
Gobik shall be entitled to automatically and immediately exclude participants who do not meet the Challenge requirements or who, in its judgment, have breached any other provision of these terms and conditions and/or defraud, alter or disrupt the proper functioning and the normal and regulated course of the Challenge.
Excluded participants will automatically lose their right to the prize. If any of the excluded participants is selected as a winner, the prize will be awarded to another participant selected alternatively in accordance with the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
Each participant may register and take part in the Challenge only once.
5. CHALLENGE MECHANICS
Participants must join the Challenge through Strava and record their cycling activities completed within the period established in section three of these terms and conditions.
The minimum distance required to complete the challenge is 230 kilometers accumulated during that period.
To be eligible for the prize, participants must:
- Complete the aforementioned distance within the indicated period.
- Upload their routes to Strava as public activities.
- It must be apparent from the routes uploaded to Strava as public activities that, during the period from September 28, 2026 at 00:00 to October 6, 2026 at 23:59 (participant's local time in both cases), a minimum distance of 230 kilometers has been covered.
- Follow and tag Gobik in at least one post related to the Challenge.
- Have completed and submitted the participation form provided by Gobik.
Participants expressly authorize Gobik, without any time limitation, to use their voice, name, and image so that Gobik may carry out, directly or through third parties, their reproduction and public communication (in particular, through social media and the website) for the promotion of the Challenge. Among other matters, Gobik is expressly authorized to repost the publications made by participants as well as to publish the winners of the draw.
Participants accept that posts made on social media, the website, or media may remain published indefinitely on Gobik's official profiles, without Gobik being under any obligation to remove them.
Likewise, participants guarantee that any content published in relation to Gobik and/or the Challenge is their exclusive property and does not infringe any third-party rights; and they undertake to hold Gobik harmless from any liability that may be claimed against it as a result of the infringement of the aforementioned rights.
6. PRIZES
Among all participants who have correctly complied with the conditions described in these terms and conditions, the following will be raffled:
- 10 custom kits (jersey and bib shorts)
Each participant may be eligible for a maximum of one bundle.
The prizes are personal and non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or other products, and their sale or commercialization without Gobik's consent is strictly prohibited.
In addition, it is stated that the prizes include shipping and transport costs to the address indicated by the winners, costs and risks that are assumed entirely by the winners. For clarification purposes, it is stated that such shipping will only be made to the countries listed in section 4.
7. DRAW AND NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS
The draw will take place during the week of October 12, 2026, by means of a random system, among all participants who have fulfilled all of the requirements established in these terms and conditions. The selected system will guarantee the transparency of the draw result and will issue a certificate of validity whose result cannot be altered by Gobik and which any participating user may request from the latter.
The winners will be contacted by email sent to the address provided in the Challenge sign-up and registration form, and will then have a maximum period of 7 calendar days to accept the prize.
Likewise, Gobik may request any documentation or supporting evidence it deems necessary in order to verify that the winner complies with all of the participation requirements for the Challenge and all of the rules established in these terms and conditions.
If no response is received from any winner within the established period; or if any winner responds by rejecting the prize or without indicating their express acceptance or, having done so, fails to provide the documentation or supporting information required by Gobik to verify compliance with the requirements within 7 calendar days from the moment it is requested; said participant will be excluded from the Challenge and their right to the prize will consequently be immediately revoked, and in that case the draw will be repeated for the lot assigned to the excluded winner, in accordance with the provisions of this section.
8. LIABILITY
Gobik accepts no responsibility for any incident arising from the operation of any third-party platforms used for the development of the Challenge and, in particular, the Strava application.
It shall not be liable for damages or incidents, possible losses, deterioration, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the shipment of the prize.
The participants shall be solely responsible for any damages and losses that may arise from any breach by them of these terms and conditions, as well as from the awarding of the prize and the use they make of it, and they shall hold Gobik harmless against any damages or losses arising from the awarding of the prize in their favor and the use they make of it.
Likewise, participants expressly assume any risks arising from the physical activity carried out in connection with the Challenge, expressly releasing Gobik from any liability that may be claimed against it as a result of injuries suffered or caused by participants during their participation in the Challenge.
9. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
By participating in the Challenge, participants expressly consent to their personal data being used by Gobik for the management of the Challenge (including, among other aspects, contacting the winner and sending them the corresponding prize).
Gobik guarantees compliance with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data. The data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data and will be used exclusively to manage participation in the Challenge and the delivery of the prize.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by written request to: protecciondedatos@gobik.com.
In any case, participants are informed that revoking their consent for this processing during the development of the Challenge will make it impossible to continue participating in it.
Likewise, participants undertake to notify Gobik of any change to their personal data so that it is kept up to date at all times and contains no errors, expressly declaring that the data they provide will be accurate and truthful.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Participation in the Challenge implies full acceptance of these terms. Any breach of the conditions established herein will result in the participant's automatic exclusion.
By participating in the Challenge, participants expressly declare and accept that they have full knowledge of and have fully accepted each and every one of the rules contained herein.

11. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The Challenge does not imply the assignment or transfer of any intellectual or industrial property rights by Gobik in favor of the participants, nor the authorization for the latter to use them.
Gobik reserves the right to modify the conditions of the Challenge at any time or to cancel it for justified reasons, without this giving rise to claims by participants. Likewise, it may disqualify any person who acts fraudulently or contrary to the sporting spirit of the promotion.
Gobik shall not incur any liability in the event that the Challenge must be canceled or suspended due to force majeure, legal requirement, low participation, or by order of the competent authorities, a situation that will be communicated to the participants.
12. TAXATION
The prizes covered by the Challenge shall be subject to the tax regulations in force at the time they are accepted by the winners, with Gobik being responsible, where applicable, for making the corresponding withholdings.
Likewise, each prize-winning participant must comply with the tax obligations applicable to them.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from the Challenge, Gobik and the Challenge participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia (Spain), unless another jurisdiction is required by law.
