Refund policy

At Gobik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a simple return or exchange process for items from our Collection or Backroom, under the following conditions:


General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

 

  1. Eligible items: Only returns of Collection items or Backroom are accepted. Returns of personalized garments or Pre-order products or Team Store are not accepted.

  2. Direct purchase at gobik.com: Returns will only be accepted if the products have been purchased directly on our official website gobik.com. For products bought in physical stores or authorized dealers, please contact the establishment where you made your purchase.

  3. Return period: You have 45 calendar days from the date of your order to request a return or exchange.

  4. Product condition: Items must retain their original packaging and tag, with no signs of use, washing, or deterioration. They must be in new condition.

  5. Specific conditions for the United Kingdom (UK): For orders placed from the United Kingdom, only returns are accepted, not exchanges. Returns have a cost of €4, which will be deducted from the final refund.

Return Shipping Costs

 

At Gobik, we cover return shipping costs worldwide, as long as:

  • The pickup is scheduled by Gobik.
  • It is the first return associated with your order.

Cases with shipping costs (€4):

  • Items purchased with a discount (Backroom or promotional campaigns such as Black Friday).
  • Request for a return for the second time within the 45-day period.
  • Returns whose total amount is less than €25.
  • Orders from the United Kingdom (UK).

In these cases, the €4 will be deducted from the final refund.


Money Refund

 

After receiving and inspecting the returned items at our facilities:

  1. We will check that the products are in perfect condition and undamaged.
  2. We will process the corresponding refund within a maximum of 10 working days.

Order Cancellation

 

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed at our facilities. Even if payment has been made, if the order has not left our warehouse, it is possible to cancel it.

To request cancellation:

  • Start an online chat and provide your personal details along with the order number.
  • Or send us an email at shop@gobik.com with the same information.
