Refund policy
At Gobik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer an easy return or exchange process for items from our Collection or Backroom, under the following conditions:
General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Eligible items: Returns are accepted on Collection or Backroom items only. No returns are accepted on custom garments or Pre-order or Team Store products.
- Direct purchase on gobik.com: Returns will only be accepted if the products have been purchased directly from our official gobik.com website. For products purchased in physical stores or authorized distributors, please contact the store where the purchase was made.
- Return period: You have 45 calendar days from the date of your order to request a refund or exchange.
- Product condition: Items must retain their original packaging and label, with no signs of use, washing or deterioration. They must be in new condition.
- Specific conditions for the United Kingdom (UK): For orders placed from the UK we only accept returns, not exchanges. Returns have a cost of 4€, which will be deducted from the final refund.
Return Shipping Costs
At Gobik, we assume the return shipping costs worldwide, as long as:
- The pick-up is scheduled by Gobik.
- It is the first return associated with your order.
Cases with shipping costs (4€):
- Items purchased at a discount (Backroom or promotional campaigns such as Black Friday).
- Request for a second return within the 45-day period.
- Returns whose total amount is less than 25€.
- Orders from the United Kingdom (UK).
In these cases, the 4€ will be deducted from the final refund.
Money Refund
After receiving and checking the returned items at our facilities:
- We will check that the products are in perfect condition and undamaged.
- We will process the corresponding refund within 10 working days.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed at our facilities. Even if payment has been made, if the order has not left our warehouse, it is possible to cancel it.
To request cancellation:
- Open an online chat and provide your personal details along with the order number.
- Or send us an email to shop@gobik.com with the same information.
