DO YOU HAVE SHIPPING COSTS?

Gobik will bear the return shipping costs worldwide, provided that:

  • It is a scheduled pick-up by Gobik. In the event that the customer arranges the shipment, the customer will bear all costs.
  • It is the first return of your order.

These cases DO have shipping costs:

  •  Items purchased at a discounti.e. from the section Backroom section of our website or purchased in discount campaigns, such as the Black Friday.
  • If you are within the 30-day period to apply for a refund, you may apply for a refund within the 30-day period. refund a second time.

In these cases the cost will be 4€. which will be deducted from your final refund.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY MONEY?

Once the return process is initiated and the product arrives at our facilities, we will proceed to review the items. After verifying that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, we will proceed to refund the corresponding economic amount within a maximum of 10 working days.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
