If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Gobik offers you the possibility to return or exchange the collection items, provided that:
DO YOU HAVE SHIPPING COSTS?
Gobik will bear the cost of returns worldwide, provided that:
- It is a scheduled pick-up by Gobik. In the event that the customer arranges the shipment, all costs will be borne by the customer.
- It is the first return of your order.
Returns that meet these points WILL incur shipping costs:
- Items purchased at a discount, i.e., from the section Backroom section of our website or purchased in discount campaigns, such as Black Friday.
- Being in the period of 45 days to request the return, you want to request it a second time.
- Returns for an amount less than 25€.
In these cases the cost of the refund will be 4€, which will be deducted from your final refund.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY MONEY?
Once the return process is initiated and the product arrives at our facilities, we will proceed to review the items. After verifying that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, we will proceed to refund the corresponding economic amount within a maximum of 10 working days.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, you can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been processed. That is to say, although the payment has been made, the order has not left our facilities.
To process your cancellation, please use one of the following options:
- Open an online chat and have your personal data and order number ready.
- Send us an email to shop@gobik.com with your personal data and order number.
