Returns / Exchanges
At Gobik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a return or exchange process under the following conditions:
Specific conditions for the United Kingdom (UK)
- Only returns are accepted, no exchanges.
- Returns have a cost of 4€, which will be deducted from the final refund.
DO YOU HAVE SHIPPING COSTS?
At Gobik, we assume the return shipping costs worldwide, as long as you have the following conditions:
- The pick-up is scheduled by Gobik.
- It is the first return associated with your order.
Cases with shipping costs (4€):
- Items purchased at a discount (Backroom or promotional campaigns such as Black Friday).
- Request for a second return within the 45-day period.
- Returns whose total amount is less than 25€.
- Orders from the United Kingdom (UK).
In these cases, the 4€ will be deducted from the final refund.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY MONEY?
After receiving and checking the returned items at our facilities:
- We will check that the products are in perfect condition and undamaged.
- We will process the corresponding refund within 10 working days.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed at our facilities. Even if payment has been made, if the order has not left our warehouse, it is possible to cancel it.
To request cancellation:
- Open an online chat and provide your personal details along with the order number.
- Or send us an email to shop@gobik.com with the same information.
