Gobik as a company has always dedicated its efforts in trying to find parity within its workforce. Currently, 54 % of the team is female. And this is not a question of quantity, but of the recognition of the talent.
We did not want the presence of women to be only testimonial or circumstantial, that is why we have developed a equality plan. Because we think it is a giant step to achieve the reconciliation of work and family life, an internal work to end any kind of obstacle such as fear of losing your place.
We want to adopt measures that promote the normalization, expansion and attraction for women in the workplace. That begins to translate into real opportunitiesWe want to see a wide-open door that marks the path of change towards integration and change towards equality.
Why an equality plan?
There are many reasons, but here we highlight the ones that seem to us to be the most important:
- To avoid situations of discrimination based on sex.
- To establish effective measures to achieve effective equality between men and women.
- To prevent sexual and/or labor harassment based on sex.
- Establish policies that allow equal opportunities at the different hierarchical levels of the company.
- Establish effective procedures to achieve a work-life balance for all employees of the company, regardless of gender.
