Gobik launches the new Custom Works Team Store: a digital experience to simplify custom cycling apparel orders
Yecla (Spain), September 22, 2025.
Gobik presents the Custom Works Team Store, an online platform that transforms the management of custom kits for clubs, teams, and companies. With this launch, each cyclist will be able to log in, choose their garment, receive a size recommendation via AI, complete payment individually or as a group, and receive their order, all in a digital process, without spreadsheets or manual management.
“We have turned a traditionally manual process into a transparent, cyclist-centered experience,” explains José Gimeno, head of Gobik Custom Works. “With personal accounts, flexible payment and shipping options, and sizing assistance, teams reduce administrative burden and cyclists get exactly what they ordered.”
Main new features
- Individual orders linked to each user: each garment is registered in the cyclist's personal account, making service and repeat purchases easier.
- Access tailored to each team: public stores (with or without password) with retail prices, or restricted stores with exclusive prices and invitation-only access.
- Flexible payment and shipping options: individual or group payments, with direct delivery to each cyclist, to a single pickup point, or to multiple addresses.
- Advanced digital experience: 3D viewer and AI sizing system for safer shopping; prices and taxes automatically adjusted to each user's region.
- Simple management for team leaders (organizer): configuration of access, prices and shipping methods, definition of order windows, invitations, and purchase tracking.
“Teams wanted fewer administrative tasks and more certainty,” adds Gimeno. “A Team Store offers clear deadlines, tiered pricing when applicable, and full traceability of each order.”
How it works
- Once the garment selection and design project is finished, the last step arrives: each club or group member must place their order. Here, the Team Store is activated after defining access, pricing, payment, and shipping configurations.
- Inform the team via shared link or email invitations.
- Cyclists log in or create their Gobik account.
- They select their kit in 3D, use the AI sizing tool, and prepare the order.
- They complete the purchase with individual or group payment, as defined.
- They receive the items via the chosen shipping method.
- They check the details in “My Account,” with production and shipping tracking available soon.
