Shipping policy
At Gobik, we know that when you place an order on our website, you want to receive it as soon as possible. That’s why we have designed the best way to deliver your garments in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
The products on our website have the following approximate delivery time from the date the order is placed (there may be additional delays during promotional campaigns for Backroom).
If your shipment requires customs clearance, delivery times will be affected, as this process is beyond Gobik’s and the corresponding transport agency’s control.

If products are unavailable for shipment, Gobik will cover the cost of partial shipments if the customer so wishes.

DUTIES
Any applicable duties, taxes, and other charges (for international shipments and those destined for the Canary Islands with a value over €150) (1), (2), are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
1.- Brexit.- Including purchases from the United Kingdom from October 31, 2019 onward.
2.- USA Minimis.- From August 29, 2025, the U.S. will eliminate the duty-free de minimis regime for all imported goods, regardless of origin. This means that all shipments with a value equal to or less than USD 800 will be subject to the corresponding duties and taxes, which could affect the customs clearance process.
If the buyer refuses to pay these charges and requests the return of the order, Gobik will refund its value minus the shipping cost and subsequent return cost.

AUTHORIZED NO-SIGNATURE DELIVERY POLICY
Please note the following before completing your order:
If the customer expressly authorizes delivery of the order without a signature (for example, leaving the package in the entrance hall, at the front door, with the concierge, or in a similar location without in-person confirmation), responsibility for the package is considered transferred to the customer at the moment the carrier leaves it at the indicated location.
GOBIK cannot assume responsibility for losses, theft, or incidents that occur after an authorized delivery without direct custody.
We strongly recommend choosing secure delivery methods or signed delivery collection, especially for high-value orders.
DELIVERY POLICY FOR ORDERS OVER €500
In order to ensure safe and efficient delivery, we have implemented an additional security measure whereby for orders with an amount equal to or greater than €500 (including shipping costs, taxes, and other charges), the recipient will be required to sign for receipt of the package at the time of delivery.
Due to this delivery requirement, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, redirect the shipment to a Service Point, or authorize a delivery without a signature.
