At Gobik we know that when you place an order on our website you are eager to receive it. That's why we have thought of the best way to get your garments to you in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible.
The products on our website have the following approximate delivery time from the date the order is placed (and may suffer additional delays in promotional campaigns of Backroom).
In case your shipment needs a customs process, delivery times will be affected, being a process outside Gobik and the corresponding transport agency.

Possible duties, taxes and other charges (for international shipments and those with destination Canary Islands with value over 150€) are not included in the price of the item or in the shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer*.
*Including purchases from the United Kingdom after October 31, 2019 (Brexit).
If the buyer refuses to pay these charges and requests the return of the order, Gobik will refund the value of the order minus the cost of shipping and subsequent return.
