At Gobik, we know that when you place an order on our website, you can't wait to receive it. That's why we've thought of the best way to get your garments to you in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

The products on our website have the following approximate delivery times from the date the order is placed (additional delays may occur during promotional campaigns of Backroom).

If your shipment requires a customs process, the delivery times will be affected, as this is a process beyond the control of Gobik and the corresponding shipping agency.

If there is no availability of products for your shipment, Gobik will cover the costs of partial shipments if the customer wishes.

TARIFFS

Possible tariffs, taxes, and other charges (for international shipments and those destined for the Canary Islands with a value over 150€) (1), (2). are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer 

1.-Brexit-  Purchases from the United Kingdom are included as of October 31, 2019.
2.- Minimis USA-  As of August 29, 2025, the USA will eliminate the tax-free de minimis regime for all imported goods, regardless of their origin. This means that all shipments with a value equal to or less than 800 USD will be subject to the relevant duties and taxes, which could impact the customs clearance process.

If the buyer refuses to pay these charges and requests a return of the order, Gobik will refund its value minus the shipping and return costs.

AUTHORIZED DELIVERY POLICY WITHOUT SIGNATURE 

Please note the following before finalizing your order:

If the customer expressly authorizes delivery of the order without a signature (for example, leaving the package in the entrance, at the house door, with the concierge, or a similar location without in-person confirmation), responsibility for the package is considered transferred to the customer at the moment the agency deposits it in the indicated place.

GOBIK cannot assume losses, thefts, or incidents that occur after an authorized delivery without direct custody.

We strongly recommend choosing secure delivery methods or pickups with signature, especially for high-value orders.

DELIVERY POLICY FOR ORDERS OVER 500€

In order to guarantee safe and efficient delivery, we have implemented an additional security measure, whereby orders with an amount equal to or greater than 500€ (including transport costs, taxes, and other charges), the recipient must sign for the package upon delivery.

Due to this delivery requirement, it will not be possible to modify the delivery address, redirect the shipment to a Service Point, or authorize delivery without a signature.
