Legal Terms and Conditions for the GOLDEN TICKET promotion
ORGANIZING ENTITY
The promotion called the “Golden Ticket” is organized by Gobik Sport Wear, S.L., with Tax ID No. B73817280 and registered address at C/ Tejeras 21, 30510, Yecla, Murcia (hereinafter, GOBIK).
The promotional campaign is carried out in collaboration with the CANNONDALE team, which participates exclusively through the assignment of image rights and sporting reputation, without assuming any organization or contest management functions.
PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
The purpose of this promotion is to encourage the purchase of a specific garment from the collection developed by GOBIK in collaboration with CANNONDALE, through the inclusion of a physical Golden Ticket in a single garment, which will entitle the buyer who receives it to obtain a prize.
TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The promotion will have worldwide scope, and persons residing in any country may participate, notwithstanding that the promotion is governed by Spanish law.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion will be valid for orders placed from May 1, 2026 to June 15, 2026, both dates inclusive. The winner must notify and claim their prize within a maximum of 7 calendar days from receipt of their order.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
The following persons may participate in the promotion provided that they meet all of the following requirements:
· Be a natural person.
· Be 18 years of age at the time of purchasing the garment.
· Legitimately purchase a participating garment during the promotion validity period.
PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
GOBIK will insert a single physical Golden Ticket into one specific garment from the Cannondale collection, and the placement of the Golden Ticket will be carried out entirely at random during the production process.
The promotion does not involve any subsequent draw, contest, or additional selection process; the buyer who receives the garment containing the Golden Ticket will be considered the sole winner of the prize, provided that they meet the requirements established in these terms and conditions.
The probability of obtaining the prize will be 1 among the total number of garments manufactured belonging to the participating collection, a circumstance expressly accepted by the participants.
PRIZE
The Golden Ticket will entitle the winner to the following prize:
Prize: MTB World Cup Experience
Dates: from July 10 to 13, 2026.
The experience includes:
- Tickets with access to the VIP area of the MTB World Cup on race day, which will be held in Andorra, for the winning person and one companion (of legal age).
- Accommodation for two people.
- Exclusive lunch with the CFR team, as well as other exclusive activities alongside the team.
- Bus transfers from Barcelona to Andorra, where the event will take place.

Financial assistance of up to €500 to cover travel expenses from the winner's place of residence to Barcelona.
This amount will be paid by bank transfer once the event has ended, upon prior submission of the corresponding expense receipts and provided that the winning person has attended the event, this being an essential requirement.
The entire prize is subject to the winning person's effective participation in the event. Gobik reserves the right to claim reimbursement of the amounts paid if such participation does not take place, unless duly justified.
PROCEDURE TO CLAIM THE PRIZE
The winner must contact GOBIK via email at mariana@gobik.com and jane.pearson@cannondale.com within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the garment.
The winner must provide:
- Photograph of the Golden Ticket.
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Bank details
- Identification document (ID card or equivalent)
In order to verify the authenticity of the ticket, GOBIK may request:
- The physical shipment of the Golden Ticket.
Failure to communicate within the established period will automatically result in the loss of the right to the prize, with no possibility of claim.
Taxation and taxes:
The prize in this sweepstakes will be subject to the current tax regulations applicable in the corresponding country.
The organizing company will assume, where applicable, the legally required tax obligations arising from the awarding of the prize, in accordance with current legislation.
However, any additional tax obligation that may correspond to the winner and that must not be legally assumed by the organizing company will be their sole responsibility.
WINNER PUBLICITY
The prize winner authorizes GOBIK and, where applicable, the CANNONDALE team, to publish their first and last name for the purpose of certifying the truthfulness of the sweepstakes result and providing transparency to the promotion.
Likewise, the winner may voluntarily provide a photograph related to the receipt of the prize or the experience associated with it. If submitted, the participant expressly authorizes the company to publish said image through its communication channels (including websites and corporate social media), exclusively for promotional purposes linked to this prize draw, without entitlement to additional compensation.

Purpose of processing: For the purpose of managing the prize draw, publishing and publicizing its results, and arranging delivery of the prize.
Legal basis: The legal basis for processing your data is the participant's express consent through acceptance of the prize draw terms and conditions.
Source and types of data: The personal data subject to processing comes directly from you, and you provide it to us when you are the winner. The company will request identification data and may request a copy of your ID document to verify your identity. A bank account number will also be requested in order to transfer the prize.
Data retention: The data will be retained until the legal obligations arising therefrom have expired. If a copy is requested, the ID document will be deleted once the data has been verified.
Recipients of the data: Personal data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties, except in the event of a legal obligation, if we obtain your express consent, or if we understand that there is a legitimate interest on our part, which will be duly communicated to you.
Exercise of rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability, and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making by sending an email to gobik@gobik.com.
FRAUD, ALTERATION OR MISUSE
GOBIK reserves the right to:
- Invalidate the prize if manipulation, forgery, or alteration of the Golden Ticket is detected.
- Exclude any participant who engages in fraud, bad faith, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION
GOBIK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion for justified cause, undertaking to communicate this through the usual channels.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purchase of a participating garment implies full, express, and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
