No excuse is valid for them, not even bad weather, rain, or any meteorological misfortune. They head out even if the sky wakes up grey and the rain pounds against their helmet. They ride through puddles, their clothes soaked but their determination intact. Because they know that rain does not wash away commitment or resilience.

Of infinite energy and resilience. They don't pace themselves, they don't wait, and they don't rest. They attack when others hesitate, outpacing both the wind and fear.
