The items to be returned must keep their packaging and all original labels. In other words, they must be in new condition, without having been washed or used.
Once the return process is initiated and the product arrives at our facilities, we will proceed to review the items. Only after verifying that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, we will continue with the return process.
