The Custom Works orders are manufactured expressly for you after a rigorous design and manufacturing process, and always after your express written confirmation.
It is not possible to return or exchange a Custom Works product , unless it presents a manufacturing defect. If this happens, our Quality Department will check the garment and it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
To avoid this type of incident, we recommend that you carefully review the order and design that we will send you before confirming it.
