How do I prepare my garment to send it to Gobik for repair?

Follow these instructions to send your garment to the Gobik Warranty and Repair service:

  1. Wash the garment and make sure it is completely dry before packing it. Otherwise, it will be returned unrepaired.
  2. Place the garment to be returned in an opaque package, similar to the one that was delivered to you.
  3. Print the shipping label we have sent you by email and attach it to the outside of the package.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to deposit the package at the appropriate post office.
