What happens after I send the garment in for warranty?

After analyzing the garment, we will inform you if its repair or replacement is covered by the product warranty.

If the damage is not covered by the warranty, we will offer you a repair option indicating its cost and we will wait for your authorization to proceed. If you are not satisfied, the product will be returned to you free of charge.

If the damage is irreparable, we will provide you with an alternative solution whenever possible.
