María Molina Romero is part of Gobik’s Expeditions team, making sure every garment arrives on time and with the care that defines us. Outside of work, nature, her dog Kora, music, and reading are her main sources of inspiration.
Her professional career has always been linked to the world of cycling, which is why from day one she felt this project spoke directly to her and could give her a vital and professional boost.
Taking care of every detail
In Expeditions, María manages goods receiving and the preparation of web, B2B, and custom clothing orders. Her motto: “how would you like to receive this product if you were the end customer?” guides her work, ensuring a close, human approach that stays true to the expectations of whoever is going to enjoy the product.

Rhythm, coordination, and team
The day-to-day work of Expeditions is shaped by the season: launches, campaigns, and events. Coordination with the packaging department and the sales team is constant, and during periods of high demand, the challenge is to maintain speed, personalization, and quality. All of this is only possible thanks to teamwork, cohesion, and a shared passion for Gobik.
Gobik as daily inspiration
For María, being part of Gobik goes far beyond a job position. The feeling of family, of building something in constant evolution, and of contributing to a project that fulfills collective dreams was what attracted her from the very beginning. That energy is what drives her today in her day-to-day life, motivating her to keep growing and dreaming alongside the brand. If she had to define what Gobik means to her in a single word, she has no doubt: inspiration.
