1. ORGANIZING ENTITY

The company Gobik Sport Wear, S.L., with registered office at C/ Tejeras, Numero 21 30510 - (Yecla) - Murcia, and CIF B-73.817.280 ("Gobik"), organizes a promotional action under the modality of a sports challenge called "Gobik Challenge: I Spy" (the "Challenge") of free character and without obligation of purchase, directed to the users of the Strava platform, according to the conditions detailed below.

2. PURPOSE OF THE CHALLENGE and TYPE OF CHALLENGE

The purpose of this promotion is to encourage the practice of cycling and promote the visibility of the "Gobik" brand through a participatory activity based on the accumulation of cycling distance by the participants.

It is an individual challenge, in which each participant must complete a minimum total of 150 kilometers by bicycle during the promotional period indicated. The distance will be counted cumulatively over the established period.

3. DURATION OF THE CHALLENGE

The Challenge will run from August 4, 2025 at 00:00 hours to August 17, 2025 at 23:59 hours (participant's local time).

Participants who complete the Challenge will have until September 17, 2025 at 23:59 hours (participant's local time) to register their participation and be eligible for the prize draw. After that date, no user will be eligible to participate in the Challenge.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All individuals who meet the following requirements may participate in the Challenge:

Be 18 years of age at the time of the start of the Challenge.
Residing, both at the time of registration in the Challenge and at the time of acceptance of the prize (in case of winning), in one of the following countries: Spain, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium or Singapore.
Have an active account on the Strava platform, both at the time of registration for the Challenge and at the time of acceptance of the prize (in case of winning).
Be a follower of Gobik on Strava, both at the time of registration for the Challenge and at the time of acceptance of the prize (in case of winning).
Join and participate in the "Gobik Challenge: I Spy" through Strava.
Complete and submit the registration form provided by Gobik.

Gobik may require, at any time, as a condition for the delivery of the prize, that the fulfillment of the conditions of participation indicated in these rules is accredited by means of the corresponding official supporting documentation.

Gobik will be entitled to exclude, automatically and immediately, participants who do not comply with the requirements of the Challenge or who, in its opinion, have failed to comply with any other provision of these rules and / or defraud, alter or disable the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of the Challenge.

Excluded participants will automatically forfeit their right to the prize. In the event that one of the excluded participants is the winner, the prize will be awarded to another participant who is selected alternatively in accordance with the criteria established in these rules.

Each participant may register and participate only once in the Challenge.

5. MECHANICS OF THE CHALLENGE

Participants must join the Challenge through Strava and register their cycling activities within the period established in the third paragraph of these rules.

The minimum distance to complete the challenge is 150 kilometers accumulated in that period.

To be eligible for the prize, participants must:

Complete the referred distance within the indicated period.
Upload their routes to Strava as public activities.
From the routes uploaded to Strava as public activities, it must be apparent that the routes completed in the period from August 4, 2025 at 00:00 hours to August 17, 2025 at 23:59 hours (participant's local time in both cases) a minimum distance of 150 kilometers has been ridden.
Follow and tag Gobik in at least one post related to the Challenge.
Have completed and submitted the participation form provided by Gobik.

Participants expressly authorize Gobik, without time limitation, to use their voice, name and image so that Gobik can carry out, by itself or through third parties, their reproduction and public communication (in particular through social networks and web) for the promotion of the Challenge. Among other things, Gobik is expressly authorized to repost the publications made by the participants as well as to publish the winners of the sweepstakes.

The participants accept that the publications that have been made on networks, web or media may remain published indefinitely on Gobik's official profiles, without any obligation for Gobik to remove them.

Likewise, participants guarantee that any content published in connection with Gobik and/or the Challenge is their exclusive property and does not infringe any third party rights; and agree to hold Gobik harmless from any liability that may be required as a result of the infringement of such rights.

6. PRIZES

Among all participants who have correctly fulfilled the conditions described in these rules, will be drawn:

3 Lots of Gobik equipment valued at 3.000 € each.
The prize will include cycling clothing and accessories selected by Gobik for a full year of equipment.

Each participant will be eligible for a maximum of one lot.

Prizes are personal and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and the sale or marketing of the prizes without the consent of Gobik is strictly prohibited.

In addition, it is noted that the prizes include shipping and transportation costs to the address indicated by the winners, costs and risks that are borne entirely by the winners. For clarification purposes, it is hereby stated for the record that such shipment will only be made to the countries listed in section 4.

7. DRAWING AND COMMUNICATION TO THE WINNERS

The draw will be carried out during the week of September 23, 2025, by means of a random system, among all the participants who have fulfilled all the requirements established in these rules. The chosen system will guarantee the transparency of the result of the draw and will issue a certificate of validity whose result is unalterable by Gobik and which any participating user may request from the latter.

The winners will be contacted by e-mail to the address provided in the registration form and registration in the Challenge, and will then have a maximum of 7 calendar days to accept the prize.

Likewise, Gobik may request any documentation or proof it deems necessary to verify that the winner complies with all the requirements for participation in the Challenge and all the rules set forth in these rules.

In the event that there is no response from any winner within the established period; or any winner responds by rejecting the prize or not indicating his/her express acceptance or, in doing so, does not provide the documentation or supporting information required by Gobik to verify compliance with the requirements within [*] days of being requested to do so; said participant will be excluded from the Challenge and his/her right to the prize will be immediately revoked, in which case the drawing will be repeated for the lot assigned to the excluded winner, in accordance with the provisions of this section.

8. LIABILITY

Gobik is not responsible for any incident arising from the operation of any third party platforms used for the development of the Challenge and, in particular, the Strava application.

Gobik will not be responsible for any damages or incidents, possible losses, deterioration, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the delivery of the prize.

Participants shall be solely responsible for any damages that may arise from any breach on their part of these rules as well as the awarding of the prize and the use they make of it, and shall hold Gobik harmless from any damages that may arise from the awarding of the prize in their favor and the use they make of it.

Likewise, the participants expressly assume any risks derived from the physical activity carried out in connection with the Challenge, expressly exempting Gobik from any liability that may be required as a result of injuries suffered or caused by the participants during their participation in the Challenge.

9. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

By participating in the Challenge, participants expressly consent to the use of their personal data by Gobik for the management of the Challenge (among other things, to contact the winner and send him/her the corresponding prize).

Gobik guarantees compliance with current legislation on personal data protection. The data provided by the participants will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on personal data protection and will be used exclusively to manage the participation in the Challenge and the delivery of the prize.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by sending a written request to: info@gobik.com.

In any case, participants are informed that the revocation of their consent for the present treatment during the development of the Challenge will imply the impossibility to continue participating in it.

Likewise, participants undertake to inform Gobik of any changes to their personal data so that they are updated at all times and do not contain errors, expressly declaring that the data they provide will be accurate and truthful.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in the Challenge implies full acceptance of these rules. Any breach of the conditions set forth herein will result in the automatic exclusion of the participant.

By participating in the Challenge, participants expressly declare and accept that they are fully aware of and have fully accepted each and every one of the rules contained herein.

11. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The Challenge does not imply the assignment or transfer of any intellectual or industrial property rights by Gobik in favor of the participants, nor the authorization in favor of the latter for its use.

Gobik reserves the right to modify at any time the conditions of the Challenge or cancel it for justified reasons, without giving rise to claims by the participants. It may also disqualify any person acting fraudulently or contrary to the sporting spirit of the promotion.

Gobik will not incur any responsibility in the event that the Challenge has to be cancelled or suspended due to force majeure, legal imperative, low participation or by order of the competent authorities, a situation that will be brought to the attention of the participants.

12. TAXATION

The prizes of the Challenge will be subject to the tax rules in force at the time of acceptance of the prizes by the winners, and Gobik, if applicable, will be responsible for making the appropriate withholdings.

Likewise, each winning participant must comply with the applicable tax obligations.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These rules are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy that may arise from the Challenge, Gobik and the participants of the Challenge submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia (Spain), unless otherwise required by law.
