The aero sleeves, made from a structured fabric with raised lines on the inner side, act as disruptors of airflow, transforming its behavior from laminar to controlled turbulent. The result: a significant reduction in aerodynamic drag in one of the most critical areas.

The ultra-tight fit and ergonomic pattern have been optimized to minimize the number of seams. Thanks to bonding or heat-sealing technology, the jersey achieves lighter weight and frictionless comfort, even during prolonged and high-intensity efforts.

The segmented waistband is designed to maximize fit: the front, fully heat-sealed, eliminates any visible seams, while the back integrates a high-grip silicone tape that ensures a firm hold throughout the activity.

In the lumbar area, it features three angular, heat-sealed pockets that not only facilitate access while riding, but also help maintain the aerodynamic efficiency of the garment.

CONSTRUCTION

Designed from a new ergonomic pattern, this garment has been specifically conceived to optimize aerodynamic efficiency in high-demand contexts, such as World Tour competitions, where the cyclist adopts an aggressive, performance-oriented posture.
The construction has been carried out using bonding processes, a technique that reduces the number of seams, thereby minimizing air resistance, decreasing total weight, and improving comfort by eliminating friction points.
Textured fabrics have been used on the sleeves and back, selected for their ability to disperse airflow and improve aerodynamic behavior in motion. The seamless ergonomic sleeves guarantee a precise fit to the shape of the arm, while their extended length further helps to reduce wind resistance.
The fully visible zipper is precisely integrated into the design to maintain functionality without compromising performance.
On the back, three angular pockets with heat-sealed hems are incorporated, remaining stable even under maximum load conditions.
The waist is strategically segmented: the front, with a heat-sealed, seamless finish, provides a second-skin feel, while the back integrates a high-grip silicone tape, ensuring firm and stable support during activity.

PRODUCT CARE

The use of backpacks or accessories with handles may cause friction and premature wear on fabrics, so any damage resulting from this will void the warranty.
Do not dry clean.
Wash with cold water, using a neutral detergent and without fabric softener.
Wash inside out and with the zipper fully closed, otherwise pilling may appear on certain fabrics.
Use a laundry bag whenever possible and the minimum load in the washing machine.
Use the delicate garment program or spin at the lowest possible speed.
Dry the garment inside out and in the shade.
Do not leave the garment to soak, nor wring to drain.
Do not iron.
