The aero sleeves, made from a structured fabric with raised lines on the inner face, act as airflow disruptors, transforming its behavior from laminar to controlled turbulent. The result: a significant reduction in aerodynamic drag in one of the most critical areas.

The ultra-tight fit and ergonomic pattern have been optimized to minimize the number of seams. Thanks to bonding or heat-sealing technology, a lighter weight and friction-free comfort are achieved, even during prolonged, high-intensity efforts.

The segmented waistband is designed to maximize fit: the front section, fully heat-sealed, eliminates any visible seams, while the rear section incorporates a silicone tape with elevated grip that guarantees a firm hold throughout the entire activity.

In the lumbar area, it incorporates three angled pockets with a heat-sealed finish, which not only facilitate access while riding, but also help maintain the aerodynamic efficiency of the overall garment.

CONSTRUCTION

Designed from a new ergonomic pattern, this garment has been specifically developed to optimize aerodynamic efficiency in maximum-demand scenarios, such as World Tour competitions, where the rider adopts an aggressive, performance-focused position.
The construction has been carried out using bonding processes, a technique that reduces the number of seams, thereby minimizing air resistance, lowering overall weight, and improving comfort by eliminating friction points.
Textured fabrics have been used on the sleeves and back, selected for their ability to disperse airflow and improve aerodynamic performance in motion. The ergonomic seamless sleeves, without seams, guarantee a precise fit to the shape of the arm, while their extended length helps further reduce wind resistance.
The fully exposed zipper is precisely integrated into the design to maintain functionality without compromising performance.
At the rear, three angled pockets with a heat-sealed hem are incorporated, remaining stable even under maximum load conditions.
The waist is strategically segmented: the front section, with a heat-sealed, seamless finish, provides a second-skin feel, while the rear section integrates a high-grip silicone tape that ensures firm, stable support during activity.

The use of backpacks or accessories with straps may cause friction and premature wear of the fabrics, so any damage resulting from this will void the warranty.
