The great biker moment of Carlos Colomahis bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.was the beginning of his professional adventure in the management of a mountain bike team.
It was then that what we know today as BH-Temple Cafés UCC, the project that today the ex-biker from La Rioja manages full time and without distractions: "There was a moment, this spring, when I decided to take a step back, with the postponement of the Olympic Games, I had to dedicate myself exclusively to the team".
From the beginning, even as a still-active biker, Carlos Coloma was very clear that the key to the team was in a competitive cast of riders, perfectly accompanied by a good staff: "The team's key to success is the team's team.That's having a padcock, move the vehicles and enhance communication so that the riders will only do their own thing, training and racing.”.
In that race for image, Carlos Coloma never hesitated to work with Gobik from the beginning, from the initial second of the BH-Templo Cafés UCC.
