A first reflection of the third stage in Burgos: "Finally the sporting part has taken the limelight leaving the sanitary in the background".
The image that many wanted to see in Burgos and the return of competitive cycling is already there: Remco Evenepoel is the leader of the race, two days from the finish, there in purple, wearing a mask, protocol obliges, in the midst of the green beauty of Picón Blanco, that eyebrow of the mountain range that separates Castilla from Cantabria.
A stark stage, full of heat, where the stars were staying to the sound of a killer rhythm that separates the grain from the chaff. The first high finish after the confinement did not disappoint.

He has shown something that at the age of twenty is within the reach of very few people".

Remco Evenepoel will take the start of the fourth stage, in Gumiel de Izán, not far from Aranda de Duero, from the purple leader's box, removing that garment is not going to be easy.
