The Team Store is the final step in Gobik’s customization service, Custom Works, now available online. Once your design is approved, the person who has been working on the project with the Gobik team, whom we will call the Team Leader, opens a store for their riding group. Access can be as open as a password-protected link or as exclusive as email invitations.
Each cyclist logs in with their Gobik account and accesses the collection designed for their team. Products can be explored in 3D, and the AI sizing tool suggests the best option based on height, weight, and preferences. Prices and taxes are calculated automatically according to each cyclist’s region. The purchasing process is as intuitive as in any online store.
For cyclists, the experience is seamless and personalized. Your Gobik account links each garment to a person and a real order, simplifying support and future reorders. Order confirmations arrive by email, and the details are saved in My Account. Soon, production status and shipment tracking will also be available there.
