At the heart of Singapore's cycling scene, RS Racing Team is redefining what it means to be a grassroots team with pro-level ambition. Born out of the shared vision of RS Cycles founders Roger and Stanley, the team is driven by a constant pursuit of performance, both on the road and personally.

This is the mantra that drives RS Racing Team. Every workout, every race, every piece of gear is chosen with intention. Precision matters. Speed matters. But so does purpose. A TEAM FOUNDED ON TRUST
The team officially launched in 2023, when Boon and Willy joined forces to compete in the National Championships. Racing under the name RS Factor Race Team, they were just two riders, but their results set the path for all that was to come. Willy, after returning from injury, was crowned National Champion. Boon, right behind, took third place.
"We were few," they comment, "but we were never at a disadvantage."
Since that defining moment, the team has grown-but the spirit remains intact. Every RS rider shares a commitment to raising the level of cycling in Singapore.
A DESIGN ROOTED IN NATIONAL PRIDE
Red, white and five stars on the back: the RS Racing kit is a moving homage to the Singapore flag. Each star represents a national ideal: democracy, peace, progress, justice and equality. But beyond the symbolism, the design conveys pride. It is a statement of identity, representation and the team's commitment to nurturing the next generation of Singaporean cycling talent.
"We are incredibly proud of the result," says the team. "The whole process with Gobik, from design to production, was surprisingly smooth and easy. What we're wearing is much more than a custom jersey; it's a performance tool that has been proven at the highest level of the sport."

WHAT'S NEXT?
At the recent National Championships, the team won several titles, capturing the national champion's jersey in multiple disciplines and categories. A testament to the level of the team and a confirmation of its already established legacy in the island nation of Singapore.
