The Mallorca 312 is not just a cycling event. It is an experience that tests body, mind, and team spirit. This year, at Gobik, we had the opportunity to experience it in a very special way: by bringing six of our ambassadors to fully immerse themselves in one of Europe’s most iconic cycling events over four intense, exciting, and unforgettable days.
Day 1: arrival in Mallorca and first connections
It all began on Thursday, when we landed in Palma de Mallorca to pick up our ambassadors, who had arrived from different parts of Europe: the United Kingdom, Málaga, Barcelona, and Rotterdam. From there, we headed to Playa de Muro, the epicenter of the expo and the starting point of the race.
The first day was marked by the excitement of arrival and preparations for what was to come. The ambassadors received their welcome pack, made up of Gobik kit, a new backpack (yet to be launched), and the UNITY collection, designed to celebrate connection and collective spirit.

With the bikes ready and energy levels high, we took advantage of the afternoon to visit our booth at the expo, discover the full collection, and immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere surrounding the Mallorca 312. Before wrapping up the day, we went out for a perfect sunset ride to loosen the legs and, above all, start building bonds as a team.
Day 2: history, road, and community spirit
The second day began with the presentation of the athlete roster taking part in the event. It was a special moment in which the ambassadors were able to get to know Gobik’s founders up close and discover more about their story, the values, and the essence that drive the brand.
Later, we headed to one of the island’s most iconic climbs: Coll de sa Creueta. A 40-kilometer route through spectacular surroundings, surrounded by cliffs, endless bends, and landscapes that make Mallorca a unique destination for any cyclist.
On our return, we shared an unforgettable moment at the booth alongside Alberto Contador and other athletes, in an atmosphere that blended inspiration and closeness. There was also time to enjoy the activation the brand had at the booth, which this year had organized a temporary tattoo station featuring the profiles of the Mallorca 312 and other brand designs. The day ended with a group dinner, fine-tuning the final details and mentally preparing ourselves for the great challenge.

Day 3: the challenge of the Mallorca 312
Race day began while it was still dark. At 4:30 in the morning, the alarm went off. After an early breakfast, we headed to the start line alongside more than 8,000 participants, all ready to take on one of the most demanding and iconic routes in the cycling calendar.
At 6:30, the race started. Most of the group took on the full 312-kilometer route around the island. A challenge of endurance, strategy, and mental strength, accompanied by a spectacular sunrise and some of Mallorca’s most iconic climbs.
For Cliff, an ambassador who had arrived from Rotterdam, the experience was radically different from his usual routine:
“In Rotterdam, riding is flat, controlled, and predictable. Mallorca, on the other hand, was demanding and wild. Every kilometer had its own character. The long climbs, the heat, and the exposure made everything a challenge. But the views and, above all, the descents, made it all worthwhile.”
His experience reflects what makes Mallorca 312 special: it is not just a race, it is a complete adventure.

The ambassadors rode together for much of the day; for many, it was the day with the most hours ever spent on the bike in their lives, but also one of the most fun and memorable. Without obsessing over the Garmin, the focus shifted from data to people: looking after teammates, helping when needed, accepting help when it was time, and sharing each feed zone as part of the experience. Between laughter, effort, and mutual support, they discovered a more human, more collective, and deeply enriching form of cycling.
Day 4: recovery and farewell by the sea
After the great challenge, the last day began with a yoga session by the sea. An ideal moment to stretch, breathe, and recover energy after the accumulated fatigue.
The day then took on a much more relaxed pace: pool, sunshine, and a fun ensaimada party that provided the perfect finishing touch to the trip. Between laughter, shared content, and pending conversations, the ambassadors enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere before heading back to the airport and returning home.

More than an event
Beyond the race, Mallorca 312 was an opportunity to create real connections. For Charlie, one of our ambassadors, that was the true essence of the trip:
“I’ve been on many teams and with many groups of cyclists, but I had never felt such a close connection in such a short time. By the end of the trip, it really felt like we were one team.”

He also highlighted the comfort of the UNITY collection and the organization of the trip, designed to offer memorable experiences beyond the bike.
And that is exactly what we achieved: a weekend where cycling was the common thread, but where the real story was written through living together, pushing limits, and the spirit of community.
Mallorca 312 reminded us why we do what we do: because cycling is not experienced only on the road, but in the people with whom we share the journey.
