Algarve Bike Challenge
From March 9 to 12 in southern Portugal. "It is an MTB event in a very touristic environment and with great international participation. We anticipate about 1200 bikers, along with big stars with a special focus on Portugal, where we want to continue growing, and influence in nearby places in Spain, such as Extremadura and Andalusia" says Gino Dona, Brand Manager of Gobik.
The brand has been collaborating with the Portuguese race for some time, since before the pandemic, and its presence in it is powerful, with a stand in the race set-ups, and dressing the bikers and leaders of the race.

On March 12 will be the next event on the calendar, a race held in the place of origin of the company, in Yecla, which means a little memory of the early years of the company. GobikThe event is one of the first events attended by the company.
Volta in Catalonia
The Volta a Catalunya (March 20 to 26) was, following the Volta a la Comunitat Valenciana, the second professional cycling race in which he entered the Gobik. In this case, therefore, the leap was notorious, "because it meant our entry into the World Tour, that is, the most important cycling in the world. For us it was also the first contact with the ASO environment - or what is the same, the Tour de France - and to be with the great human group that makes the race," says Gino.
But not only that, let's remember that it will count with the participation of the Movistar and all that this entails. The race will have great presence on television, media and networks. "It is a race that gives us great visibility and also provides for a very good attendance of teams, which will surely give us something to talk about".
Corima Drôme Provençale
Already at the end of the month, Gobik will make its debut in what is considered the first grand tour of the extensive and rich calendar of events in France. From March 23 to 26, in the south of the hexthe Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
"This is the place where the specialists in long-distance races will test themselves for the first time after the winter," says Gino, who specifies that Gobik will have a stand during an event which, because of its location, is the prelude to the number of events and stages in which he will be involved. Gobik will be present from April onwards.
