Inside Gobik Band - Krasi

When Krasi landed at Gobik a year or so ago, life had taken her back and forth in various trades. "I was a flight attendant, I worked in marketing at Red Bull, as a sales manager for another brand, also in mechanics." She had even modeled for a Gobik strapless bibs. "About four or five years ago, I think I remember."

Her life map has led her to be who she is today, Gobik's sales manager in the Levante area (east Spain), with the skills and sympathy that bring her closer to the people. "That's my job, to move around, to be in contact with the stores, the clubs... always on the move, attentive to change, to what is being said or what is going to be worn," she says quickly, as if she were on a bicycle.

Because she is a cyclist: "I trained in physical education about thirteen years ago. My relationship with the bike was not easy at first, I started on a 350 euro MTB, over time I saw that this amount was too small. I had a bad fall and I switched to the road, and I've been here ever since".

I could only end up at Gobik

As we were saying, Krasi was already familiar with Gobik before taking up his current position. "I modeled for the first women's strapless bibs and I had a good relationship with them. A little over a year ago I got a call and ended up where I always knew I would end up: at Gobik."

Her day-to-day life demands a little bit of every skill she's been filling in over the years. "It's been a crazy year," she smiles. A lot of movement and above all a lot of quick decisions and risk. It has been a learning experience, but in a positive way, because we are in a changing moment that demands speed. We have our own novelties, but also businesses that close, merge or new ones that open.

Love for detail

"Gobik is a perfect company in this environment, it is agile in decisions, there is no fear of taking risks and sometimes making mistakes. I love the passion we put into it, the image of the brand, there is an attention to detail that makes you fall in love. The retail channel perceives this," he continues.

This is how she sees herself in a few years: "I want to continue to grow, to improve. I'm not a conformist, I live comfortably in constant change, that's my character. I want to see the brand in many more places, for example, to take Gobik to the eastern markets, to my country, Bulgaria, where I have many contacts. Cycling there is growing steadily, it's far from what it means here, but there is scope for the long term."
