María Molina Romero is part of the Gobik Expeditions team, ensuring that each garment arrives on time and with the care that defines us. Outside of work, nature, her dog Kora, music, and reading are her main sources of inspiration.
Her professional career has always been linked to the world of cycling, which is why from day one, she felt that this project spoke to her directly and could provide her with both vital and professional momentum.
Taking Care of Every Detail
At Expeditions, María manages the reception of goods and the preparation of web, B2B, and custom clothing orders. Her motto: “How would you like to receive this product if you were the final customer?” guides her work, ensuring a close, human approach that is true to the expectations of those who will enjoy the product.

Rhythm, Coordination, and Teamwork
The day-to-day at Expeditions is set by the season: launches, campaigns, and events. Coordination with the packaging department and the sales team is constant, and during peak demand moments, the challenge is to maintain speed, personalization, and quality. All this is only possible thanks to teamwork, cohesion, and the shared passion for Gobik.
Gobik as Daily Inspiration
For María, being part of Gobik goes far beyond a job position. The feeling of family, of building something constantly evolving, and of contributing to a project that fulfills collective dreams was what attracted her from the very first moment. That energy is what drives her today in her daily life, motivating her to keep growing and dreaming alongside the brand. If she had to define what Gobik means to her in one word, she doesn't hesitate: inspiration.
